Synova follows an "Open Invoice" pricing policy. We won't present an all-inclusive billing rate. Our process is straightforward: we conduct the candidate search, establish the pay rate, and charge our standard fee based on that rate. If our client wishes to retain the employer of record status, we will transparently disclose the precise costs and add them to the invoice.  If our candidate is eventually hired for a permanent position, we will apply credit for any search fees already paid during the contract period.

Frequently, organizations encounter situations in which they must rapidly onboard a significant number of employees, and conventional recruitment methods are both expensive and fail to meet the required needs.
