Matthew Stovsky

Matt Stovsky serves as a Senior Talent Partner at Synova Search Group, boasting numerous years of expertise in identifying, evaluating, and positioning candidates spanning from mid-level to the C-Suite within the industrial and technology domains. Prior to joining Synova Search Group, Matt held the position of Senior Talent Partner in the Executive Search practice at Integrity Power Search. Furthermore, he initiated his professional journey in the Professional Search division at ZRG Partners.

Notably, Matt is the visionary behind LinkedHire, an AI-driven platform designed to empower recruiters in enhancing their efficiency and streamlining the candidate qualification process.

Brian Offutt

Brian Offutt is a Senior Advisor at Synova, where he consults with clients on their talent strategies and executive search needs.  Previously he served as the Chief Workforce Innovation & Operations Officer at Weber Shandwick, a leading global communications network that delivers next-generation solutions to brands, businesses and organizations in major markets around the world.  Brian focused on shaping the future of the company's global workforce and workplace, assuring that innovation, agility, inclusivity and equity were at the core of how the agency operated.

Prior to that, Brian served as Managing Director at Medialink, overseeing the firm’s Talent Practice providing executive search and organizational strategy and design services to MediaLink’s clients.  Brian also served as executive sponsor of MediaLink’s internal people programs, including staff development.


Charles Apgar

Charles is a seasoned professional with a wealth of experience in account management, marketing and operations. With a career spanning over 30 plus years, he has left an indelible mark on the marketing landscape and has made significant contributions in multiple industries.

Charles’s marketing journey encompasses two decades with Eclipse Marketing, where he served as a key figure in the entertainment industry. Working with renowned clients such as Comcast/NBC Universal, Time Warner Cable, and DirecTV.

Charles made a seamless transition to the executive search industry, joining ZRG Partners four years ago. His strategic insights and leadership were instrumental in propelling ZRG Partners from a boutique firm to a major player in the executive search arena. 

 

Jack Johnston

Jack is currently a senior at the University of Arizona.  He has initiated and established numerous businesses and organizations, with a strong determination to launch more in the future. My areas of focus revolve around Entrepreneurship and Recruiting.
