Mr. Beliczky was formerly the Founder, President & CEO of Salus Sciences, LLC, served as a management adviser to investment banks and to CEOs, and held senior executive positions with PepsiCo, UBS, Citigroup, Sunrise Senior Living and other companies. He has been engaged in numerous business start-ups, turnarounds, transformations, and acquisitions/ mergers and sits on a number of advisory boards.

That’s why I founded Power Boom, a consulting firm that guides facility owners and operators through selecting, setting up, and optimizing electric vehicle (EV) charging technologies.

I started my professional life studying, working, and starting businesses in Spain, Panama, and across the United States. Then I went on to spend a decade in California’s Bay Area, spearheading partnerships and demand generation business units for two of the world’s largest solar companies.

While in California, I got involved with deploying integrated energy systems. These systems often included solar panels, batteries, and EV charging. Through that experience, I saw that with all these technologies, and especially EV charging, a sizeable knowledge gap prevents many people from buying the right energy technologies or even pursuing the benefits of electrification. It turned on a lightbulb in my mind. Since then, I’ve been making it simple for potential EV charging site hosts to choose,  install, and use EV charging technologies.

My wife and I recently returned to my hometown of Cleveland to raise our family. Through Power Boom, I’m now dedicated to expanding Northeast Ohio’s EV charging network, economic development and employment opportunities.

Prior to founding Stephanopoulos Law, George served as Vice President & Associate General Counsel at Vox Media, overseeing legal matters and contract negotiations for the company’s film and television division, whose projects have premiered on Netflix, HBO Max, Hulu, Peacock, Apple TV, and YouTube. Previously, as Special Counsel and Senior Advisor at Group Nine Media, he provided legal oversight and business strategy for Group Nine Studios, as well as for the editorial and programming initiatives of Group Nine’s high-profile media brands, including NowThis, The Dodo, and Thrillist.

Earlier in his career, George held key roles at Discovery Communications, Lorne Michaels’ Broadway Video Entertainment, and Golden Books Family Entertainment. From 2001 to 2007, he served as EVP & General Counsel at Classic Media (now part of DreamWorks Animation, a subsidiary of Universal Pictures), leading legal teams and overseeing operations across the company and its UK and Nashville-based subsidiaries. He then founded Stephanopoulos Consulting, where he structured industry-first licensing deals for a digital startup client, securing major IP brands such as South Park, Entourage, and Game of Thrones, allowing for the distribution of user-generated branded content featuring video clips from these shows on Facebook and Twitter.

Other clients included ITV Studios and Nickelodeon, where he later joined as Business & Legal Affairs Senior Counsel. In this role, he managed licensing and development agreements across the digital media, live action TV, licensing and marketing groups related to scripted series development and production of short form programming, pilot/series television, and made-for-TV movies.

Beyond his legal and business career, George was the creator and lead producer of Swing Away, an inspirational golf comedy set in Greece starring Shannon Elizabeth (American Pie, Scary Movie) and John O’Hurley (Seinfeld). He has also produced and executive produced several other award-winning narrative feature films (including Golf in the Kingdom based on Michael Murphy’s best-selling, classic novel of the same name), documentaries, and digital content with integrated marketing partnerships.

George holds a J.D. from the University of Oregon School of Law and a BSBA in Business Economics from the University of Arizona. A hands-on leader, Joe has executed four successful company turnarounds—three in the U.S. and one in Canada—delivering operational restructuring, team revitalization, and revenue recovery. His career includes impactful roles at companies such as ViaSat, Liquid Robotics (a Boeing Company), and XipLink, as well as direct government and military contracting experience, including serving as a special operations contractor in Afghanistan at the request of the U.S. Government.
